All my years of experience in the sales and marketing of Woodlake, Wellesley and Wyndham (and a ten year stretch as sales and marketing VP with a local top 5 builder) set me up to have the background and experience to handle a sales project as complex as Founders Bridge. The homes of Founders Bridge range in price from the $400’s to over $2,000,000, and in size from 2800 square feet to 10,000 square feet. The diversity and looks of the homes are created by a tough building code and architectural review prior to construction for all homes in the community. There have been homes built by some of the most custom builders in the RVA area and also a few of the larger speculative builders in town as well. However, even the homes built by the larger builder, Orleans Homebuilders, Boone Homes and soon to be built by Winchester Homes have the distinctive look you expect to see in an upscale community.
The overall feel and look of the community is protected by a very active home owners association, which monitors all modifications to original designs to each home.
